For the past seven years, I've devoted my work to studying and practicing intimacy, embodiment, trauma processing, conditioned patterns, and human connection.

I believe the quality of our lives is deeply shaped by the quality of our relationships — with ourselves, our partners, our communities, and the world around us.

My work brings together somatic coaching, Integrative Health, TaoTantric practices, breathwork, embodiment, and trauma-informed approaches to create meaningful transformation from the inside out.

With compassionate support, intentional practice, and the willingness to meet ourselves honestly, I believe we can move beyond unconscious patterns and into relationships rooted in presence, devotion, and fulfillment.
